My Journey
Every project is shaped by practice, learning, and a gradual refinement of the craft. This page outlines my journey from the first websites to robust applications, automation, and digital infrastructure.
My professional journey
From WordPress and SEO to the Laravel ecosystem
This journey connects technical marketing, data analytics, agency experience, and building my own applications. The following milestones show how each role gradually shaped today’s full stack focus.
Freelance Web Developer
WordPress & First Steps with Laravel
I started building websites in WordPress for local clients — learning HTML, CSS and PHP fundamentals along the way. During this period I also discovered the Laravel framework and used it for several smaller personal projects, which planted the seed for my future focus.
SEO Specialist
SEO Specialist at Vivantis a.s.
For over 5 years I worked as an SEO specialist, primarily at Vivantis a.s. — one of the largest Czech e-commerce groups (Vivantis, ProZdravi.cz, Krasa.cz, Parfemy.cz, Sperky.cz, Hodinky.cz). I was responsible for technical SEO, data analytics, user behaviour analysis, and conversion optimisation. Throughout this period I continued building personal projects in Laravel.

- › Google Analytics, Search Console, data-driven decisions ‹
- › Parallel Laravel projects for personal clients ‹
Developer / Data Analyst
Data Analytics & Back to Full-Time Code
I returned to full-time programming with a focus on data analytics. I worked professionally with the Nette framework and Laravel, building internal tools and data pipelines. During this period I also started taking on smaller clients, delivering internal business applications built on Laravel.
Backend / Full Stack Developer
Agency Experience & Framework Diversity
I gained hands-on experience at several development agencies, working across different PHP frameworks and frontend stacks. This period broadened my architectural thinking and gave me exposure to a wide range of project types and team workflows. I simultaneously continued building own products and serving smaller clients on Laravel, and briefly returned to SEO consulting.
- › Backend development with Nette, CakePHP, Symfony ‹
- › Frontend experience with Vue.js ‹
- › Own Laravel projects & smaller clients in parallel ‹
- › Brief return to SEO consulting ‹
Full Stack Developer – Development Studio
Full Stack Laravel Developer
I joined a development studio as a full stack developer specialising in the Laravel ecosystem. I build complex, scalable client applications from the ground up — covering backend architecture, admin panels, APIs, and deployment pipelines. I leverage the full Laravel ecosystem daily, including Livewire, Filament, and modern CI/CD practices.
- › Complex client applications in Laravel
- › Filament admin panels & Livewire components
- › API design, queue workers, scheduled tasks
- › Docker, CI/CD, server infrastructure
